RCM Group won the bid to build a two-story modular complex with four classrooms and a central washroom. Our construction model was chosen to meet Université du Québec en Outaouais’s tight deadline.

RCM acted as general contractor for this project. We used our considerable expertise to successfully carry out the work in a confined space. The building will serve as a dining area to accommodate the growing student population at Collège Lionel-Groulx.
