Since 2019, we have been designing and manufacturing modular steel products that allow our clients to reach new heights, as the solidity and durability of steel enable the construction of buildings of more than six stories. As society is currently preoccupied with urban sprawl, high-rise construction is a great solution to this problem.

Located near the Lac-Leamy Casino, this 12-storey hotel, 11 of which are made of steel modules, offers a beautiful view of the city of Gatineau from its height. Completed during the spring of 2022, MLB Architect's vision was made possible with the RCM team.
As the client's goal was to provide an affordable and well-located accommodation, the modular steel construction was the best solution. Steel buildings offer great possibilities for tall buildings, 5 stories or more. Solid and durable, this type of construction deserves to be known.
