Located near the Lac-Leamy Casino, this 12-storey hotel, with 11 made of steel modules, offers a beautiful view of the city of Gatineau from its height. Completed during the spring of 2022, MLB Architect's vision was made possible with the RCM team.
The client aimed to provide affordable and well-located accommodation, so modular steel construction was the best solution. Steel buildings offer great possibilities for tall buildings of five stories or more. Solid and durable, this type of construction features numerous advantages and is worth exploiting.

The Hôtel du Domaine is a magnificent resort and convention complex nestled between lakes and mountains in the Chaudière-Appalaches region. The site features a restaurant and pub, a spa, 12 conference and meeting rooms for corporate events or weddings, and different accommodations such as rooms, suites, and lodges.
For the first time, RCM Group built a modular hotel that was entirely prefabricated in their Saint-Benoît-Labre factory. The modules were then delivered and assembled in Thetford Mines. In addition, the company's custom cabinetry division designed and produced all the furniture for the entire complex, including unique bed bases, large cabinets, and modern desks. Modular construction has many advantages over traditional construction in terms of time and cost. A large-scale project that marked the beginning of a beautiful collaboration with the C Hotels chain.

The owners chose RCM Group so they could be operational by June 1, 2017. Even though the contract was signed on December 1, 2016, the entire RCM team rose to the challenge. RCM Group met all of IHG’s criteria and is already working on future projects with the chain.

Due to a lack of workers in Abitibi, RCM Group was hired to manufacture modules for 3 stories of a structure built on site. This alternative allowed the owner to free up [DH1] 65% of his budget, which had a considerable impact on the project.

RCM Group built a second building for the C Hôtels chain. It only took three days to install the 36-unit complex. Thanks to RCM, the owners were able to take possession quickly and respond to unmet demand for wedding accommodation as well as provide golfers from outside the region with lodgings to enhance their stay.
