There was a conventional construction project getting underway just two blocks away from us at the same time we started construction. We completed construction and rented all the apartments well before the other developers. Their project took three months longer than ours, even though ours was much bigger.
Note that this project included a built-in billboard. The customer didn’t want to get rid of the billboard so we had to build around it.

This is the first of three buildings being built on the same site. The first building is for low-income clients, the second has standard apartments, and the third is a building for seniors. All these buildings were built for Bristol Pacific.
Nature Walk Condominiums, as the name indicates, is situated in the heart of nature, a short walking distance from the town of Lebanon. The project, in the northwest extremity of Mascoma Street, offers 34 spacious units in a 2 and a half storey building. With the collaboration of Purcell Enterprises, the condo was completed in only a few short months.
Thanks to their expertise, RCM Group manufactures and installs at the plant all fixed furniture such as kitchen cabinetry, bathroom vanity and plumbing fixture (bath, shower) in units prior to shipping. This way, the project timeframe and material handling on-site are significantly reduced for workers.
To avoid causing any inconvenience to the local economy, the project has been built overnight by RCM Group. Such devotion, which is RCM Group Team’s strength, allowed the Client to see their project built up on a timely manner despite the constraints.
Situated in the heart of Peabody, Massachusetts, not far from Salem, the project was realized in order to offer 80 state of the art condominiums to its population. Its « L shaped» design, made it possible to build the parking lot in the centre of the project, thus maximizing the number of units allowed on the lot.
