Group RCM will rent out, for the next three years, temporary classrooms to 7 schools of the Marie-Victorin School District in Montreal.
Faced with a shortage of classrooms, in order to meet its needs, the School District has decided to trust in the expertise of GROUP RCM in building modular classrooms. As a matter of fact the modules are being built as we speak and will be ready for installation in time for the opening of the 2019 school year.
GROUP RCM builds custom prefabricated buildings to meet the needs of its clientele, even for rentals. This fast and efficient solution has a lesser financial impact for School Districts and allows them to better evaluate their long term needs before investing in permanent infrastructures.
